These Terms of Service govern your use of BeadChick (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Personal use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s platform terms.

2. App features and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Some features may require compatible hardware, iCloud, internet access, or a paid purchase.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, free trials, and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the photos and other content you choose to use with the App. Please make sure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you import, reproduce, share, or use to create physical projects.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, rent, sublicense, exploit, or interfere with the App except as permitted by applicable law. You also agree not to use the App in a way that violates the law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, branding, text, and graphics, is owned by FiveBin Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiveBin Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
